Vintner's Cabernet - This beautiful Cabernet blend is a quintessential example of premium Maryland wine. Full-bodied, toasty, with notes of black cherry and currant. 65% Cabernet Sauvignon 35% Cabernet Franc. This is an Estate wine meaning that it is 100% grown and produced at Serpent Ridge.

Basilisk - Comprised of 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, this Cabernet blend shows aromas of vanilla, wild berries and pepper while offering notes of coffee, cocoa and berry on the palate. Cab Franc shows through with the hint of pepper and spice. Cabernet Franc is one of the parents of Cabernet Sauvignon (The other is Sauvignon Blanc)

Albarino – Hints of peach, orange blossom, apple and pear excite your senses. This Spanish white varietal melds its rich full flavor with a wonderfully creamy mouth feel. Whole cluster pressed (no crushing prior to press) cold fermented to maintain the wonderful aromas.

Seyval Blanc - This oak fermented Seyval offers notes of green apple and citrus. The crisp acidity leads to a well rounded palate and medium finish. Grapes grown in Damascus, MD. Oak fermented in a chardonnay style – 50% American/50% French.

Ophion - This semi-sweet blush is a blend of unoaked Chardonnay and the crazy and intense Cynthiana grape. This wine is finished off slightly sweet with a light salmon color. A great alternative to White Zinfandel. Serving suggestions: Picnic foods, desserts
